About Order

How do I know If my order is submitted successfully?

1. Please double check the e-mail you provided is correct or not when place the order. 
2. When you submit the order, the system will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail box, which means your order is submitted successfully. 
3. Please double check if your personal information on the order confirmation is correct or not. If you find any error, kindly send us an e-mail to esha.ensales@gmail.com . 
4. Please note that our delivery period is from Mon. to Sat.. If you complete the order on Saturday night, your parcel will be dispatched on next Monday.

When can I receive the products?

It takes around 2-7 working days for oversea order. Kindly refer to the timetable from EMS Global Service:

Why can’t I complete the order online?

1. It’s very likely due to the browser. 
Please make sure you use IE. Other browser, such like firebox could occur the problems sometimes and interrupt the order process. 
2. If you still find problem to complete the order, please send us an e-mail to esha.ensales@gmail and we’ll take the order via e-mail for you.

I’ve effected the payment and I need the product urgently, what I should do?

We suggest you to send an e-mail to esha.ensaels@gmail.com with “High priority mark”. Once we confirm the remittance from Paypal, we’ll send out the parcel before 16:00pm Taiwan time (GMT+8) for you.

Does Esha have a physical store where I can try the products? 

YES。
As long as you are in Taiwan, you’re welcome to visit us in our physical store and try on any product you like. Our friendly staff will offer the professional advice for size and product features to help to find the most suitable piece.

Esha What’s Esha’s Exchange and Return Policy?

Our Exchange and Return Policy:

1. Exchange :

To provide a better service, we offer 15 days as trial period from the date of purchase. We’ll write the valid date for Exchange/Return on the After-Sales card in the parcel. We accept only the new, unwashed, unused, unaltered and undamaged with original packaging within the valid period of 15days is eligible for exchange/return. 

【Exchange Procedure 】

Step 1:

Please read the After Sales Service Card carefully and send us an email to esha.ensales@gmail.com to confirm the size, availability, freight charge and other information before sending the merchandise for exchange.

Step 2:

Fill out the Exchange/Return Form and send it along with the merchandise for exchange via EMS or Express service. (The service that provides the tracking number is easier for both of us to trace.)

Step 3:

Effect the payment for exchange freight, handling charge and the discrepancy (if any) of further exchange merchandise via PayPal. 
Note:The things you should send are:

(1)Original purchased good(s)

(2) Exchange/Return Form

(3)Freight (via PayPal)(4)Discrepency of Exchange (via PayPal).

Step 4:

Send us an email again to esha.ensales@gmail.com to confirm the tracking numbers and payment receipt.

Remark:The freight is the return trip from TW to where you are, please refer to the EMS EMS Global Express Service 。We’ll only send out the exchange good for you after receive the full freight payment from you.

2. Return:

To provide a better service, we accept only the new, unwashed, unused, unaltered and undamaged with original packaging within the valid period of 15days is eligible for return.

【Return Procedure】

Step 1:

Step 2 :

Fill out the Exchange/Return Form and send it along with the merchandise for return via EMS or Express service. (The service that provides the tracking number is easier for both of us to trace.)

Step 3:

We’ll refund you the amount of return once we receive the return parcel and confirm the integrity of the merchandise. The handling charge will be deducted directly from the return amount.

Remark: If the customer wants to return the merchandise, a handling fee of 30% will be charged.

About Binders

Will the mesh design at back decrease the binding effect of the binder? 

NO.

The mesh design at the back is to provide a better porosity and keep you dry and cozy. We use special fabric to produce the mesh with high endurances. Therefore, it won’t decrease the binding effect.

Is the Zipper Binder/ Swimwear also suitable for the daily wearing apart from pool or beach?Will the zipper peels off easily or is it suitable to swim with for long time?

YES.

The Esha Zipper Binder/ Swimwear series is dedicated to the pool or beach lovers. Put on the binder and also the swimming trunks , you are able to enjoy the water during the hot summer time.

Can I wear the binder to in the hot spring?

NO

Due to its’ unique elastic material, we do not suggest you to wear it in the hot spring. Otherwise, it will reduce the produce life cycle.

How to maintain my binder for a longer product life cycle?How to wash it?

1. We suggest you to wash it with hands and dry it in the indoor with good ventilation to keep the elasticity of the binders. 

2. Please put it into a wash bag before your use a washing machine and do not use the “Strong” wash mode. Meanwhile, do not put it into a dryer.4. We suggest you to have at least 2 binders above to switch. By doing so, you can keep the elasticity as long as possible. 
If you maintain the binder well, you can have the product life cycle for 1 binder from 8 to 10 months.

Will the binding effect be better if I purchase smaller size ? 

NO.

All sizes of the Esha’s binder are carefully calculated to fit you the most and to offer the best binding effect. If you purchase a smaller size, it will make you feel uncomfortable and also reduce the product life cycle of the binder. We suggest you to follow our size chart for each binder to choose the best fit for you.

Could the binder flatten the breast totally? My cup size is big, which binder can offer a better binding effect?

If you’d like to reach the most possible flat effect, please choose the Velcro Strengthen II, Silent Velcro T-Shirt and Silent Velcro Supreme. These series reach to 6 stars of biding effect. (6 is highest point)

I really cannot stand with heat and hot weather,will I feel sultry when wearing the binder?

1. All the fabrics we use can draw moisture to the outside and help to keep the skin dry. You don’t need to worry about the sultry feelings. 

2. On the other hand, we suggest you can choose our Ultra-Thin Breathable series during summer time.

On the product/parcel you send, will there be any words or pictures that link to Lesbian or binders?

NO.

The parcel looks just like the ordinary postal parcel and we will write “Cloth” in the description column. No words nor patterns will be related Lesbian, binders and other that will expose you from your closet : )
